Pogs typically have an image on one side, and are either plain or simply patterned on the other. They look like the cardboard inserts used in milk caps, because the earliest pogs actually were milk caps. They were often made using a different artist/made without using "official" artwork. So on these pogs you can see that they're just marked with 牛乳 "yinya" which just means "milk", so I'm going to hazard a guess and say that they're probably blank on the back and there's no Ginga logo? Pogs came after milkcaps and were mass produced by companies with all their logos and credentials all over the back to be "official" licensed merchandise. In the late 80's/early 90's when glass bottles were still the norm they were just included as a promotional item (they had to be blank on the back due to any contact with the liquid). What you had to do traditionally was flip the milkcap, and if it landed heads up you were the one who got the first drink with all the cream on top, or something like that XD |

There's a full set of small set 1 figures on ebay for $499 without balls and 1 tag. That is way too much though, like $40 each. I wouldn't bother and see if they repost it cheaper at some other point.
