I dunno where I heard this, but I remember reading somewhere that Tom Tom is from China. Is this true?

Here it is! I lost the link a while ago but I found it! I think that Tom Tom is a Kunming Wolfdog. Yoshi probably put the tuff of fur on his head to make him look cool, as usual. lol
